River Bend 19 is a spacious 3 bedroom townhome vacation rental located within a private development of Lake Placid that is able to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. There is a welcoming open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the kitchen with a long breakfast counter and 5 stools is fully applianced to allow for making meals to dine at home. An open stairway leads to the 2nd floor with a reading nook at the top of the stairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary suite with private bath and king bed has access to a balcony with 2 chairs. The lower level holds a spacious family room with a TV, sectional sofa and lots of space for everyone in your group. This home has plenty of room for all to gather together or to find a private space to wind down. 

A deck off the back of the townhome holds a grill and table with chairs for outside cooking/dining and a pathway entrance just steps away leads to an access point for launching canoes onto the Chubb River. Stroll over, pedal your bicycle or bring your cross country skis right from the front door to reach an access point for the Rail Trail to enjoy unlimited, multi-use and free year round access to 34 miles of trails, while also experiencing the charm and amenities of the Tri-lake interconnected communities along the way! The Main Street with venues, shops, eateries and Olympic Arenas is only a few minutes drive away, along with multiple sporting opportunities, entertainment options, 2 lakes, a public beach and much more! River Bend #19 offers a Maximum of 2 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
