The dining room holds a table for 8 that is large enough to accommodate everyone in your group and also offers access to the deck through a 2nd set of double doors. The Chef's kitchen has all of the appliances you would need for preparing meals at home and has a breakfast counter with 4 stools. Step down to the spacious family room on the lower level for hours of at home entertainment in a room that holds a sectional couch, TV and a foosball table.

The kitchen leads to a large screened porch that holds a grill, table and plenty of seating for outdoor dining and the spacious deck that spans across the front of the home with a table, seating and a compact gas firepit offers a perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
