The main living room features a cozy gas fireplace and TV, while a separate den provides an additional sitting area with its own gas fireplace—perfect for quiet evenings, reading, or unwinding after a day outdoors.

On the lower level, Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed, dresser, mini-split A/C unit, and closet, while Bedroom 5 offers a king bed, TV, small table with chairs, and games for entertainment. The main level includes Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4, each with queen beds, dressers, mini-split A/C units, and closets. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 serves as a private suite with a king bed, desk and chair, TV, dresser, mini-split A/C, and an ensuite bathroom.

The home includes three well-appointed bathrooms for comfort and convenience. The lower-level bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower for a spa-like experience. The upper-level ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the main-level bathroom offers a tub/shower combination along with a washer and dryer conveniently located in the closet.

Adirondack Elegance offers a Maximum of 4 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
