This gorgeous home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and accommodates up to 12 guests. A short stroll through beautifully landscaped grounds will lead you to multiple dining options and Whiteface Club amenities, including tennis, golf, hiking, ski trails, and more.

All five bedrooms are ensuite with full baths. The first-floor bedroom and the upper-level Master also feature a fireplace in the bedroom. The home is fully air-conditioned, has radiant in-floor heating, and features three wood-burning fireplaces, two gas fireplaces, two outdoor fire pits, a fully equipped gym, and a covered outdoor hot tub for six!

The first floor features soaring ceilings, an open balcony, and a wall of glass that provides beautiful light into the home. The open floor plan allows for your group to connect comfortably in large open spaces that include the living room with a 2-story wood-burning fireplace and 86” TV, expansive and well-appointed Chef’s kitchen and breakfast bar with six barstools, and dining area with a large table for eight. There is also a beautiful screened porch with another wood-burning fireplace, an expansive deck with a fire table, gas grill, picnic table, and a large mudroom/laundry room.

The private upper level features two private suites, one on each side of the balcony loft, as well as a loft sitting area and reading nook - the perfect place for relaxing with a good book!

The lower level features a family room/game room with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, 75” TV, game table, a fully outfitted gym, and two ensuite bedrooms. Glass doors lead to the beautifully landscaped and private back yard with a covered 6-person hot hub. There is also a new fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs that beckons you to sit by the fire, relax, and do a bit of stargazing while taking in the fresh Adirondack air - a perfect way to spend the evening after a fun-filled day exploring the Adirondacks and creating memorable adventures.

This gorgeous, exclusive home is only a few minutes drive away from the center of the village of Lake Placid, with many entertainment venues, shopping, dining options, pubs, and Olympic Arenas. The surrounding areas are plentiful with endless sporting opportunities and natural attractions. And if skiing or bobsledding is in your plans, you will only be nine miles away from The Whiteface Mountain Ski Center!

Number of Vehicles Allowed:
Wulff Den offers a Maximum of 4 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.

Q.  What type of vacation rental properties do you offer?
A.  We offer a wide selection of vacation rental properties ranging from cozy cabins to luxury retreats.  We set very high-standards to enhance your vacation experience and ensure guest satisfaction.  All Engel & Volkers rental properties are well maintained in desirable locations, fully furnished and tastefully appointed.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. six days a week, Sunday’s by appointment and available to handle issues 24/7.
Q.  Where and when do I check-in the day of my arrival?
A.  Check in time is 4:00 p.m. unless we have approved and earlier check-in time. Please stop by our office to pick up your key and complimentary welcome tote. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 p.m., kindly let us know and we will make arrangements with you for key pickup.  Engel & Volkers is conveniently located at 2284 Saranac Avenue, Lake Placid, NY 12946. 
Q.  When is departure time?
A. The check-out time is 10:00 a.m., sharp. If possible, we will grant late check-out requests on the day of departure. Please call us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to extend your check-out. Please note that late check-outs are not always available due to reservation turnovers.
Q. Is there a cleaning fee?
A. Yes, there is a one-time cleaning fee that applies to every rental. This fee is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall size of the property. If you’d like additional housekeeping during your stay, please call us to book a mid-stay clean.
Q.  Are linens and towels included?
A.  Yes, all of our vacation rental properties include linens and towels at the property for your use.
Q.  Are paper products, soaps and other household supplies included?
Our vacation rentals are furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, a clean sponge and laundry soap. Some homes may also have a basic supply of spices, cooking oil and cooking spray.  Depending on how long your stay is and your level of usage, you may need to purchase more of these items at any of the local grocery stores.
Q.  Are washers & dryers available?
A. Yes, most of our properties have a washer and dryer available.
Q. Are pets permitted?
A. Some of our vacation properties accept pets and a pet deposit is required.  Please look for a pet friendly designation on our web-site or call us and we can help arrange suitable accommodations.
Q. Is smoking allowed in my rental property?
A. No, smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our vacation properties.
Q. Is there air-conditioning in my rental property?
A.  Most properties do not have air conditioning since the average daily high temperature tends to hover around 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months.
