This unique and spacious private home vacation rental in the Olympic Village sits only minutes from the Town Main Street and several venues. Visit Lake Placid and plan a stay in this charming home built in an extraordinary circular design that offers a large open floor plan with lots of space for everyone in your group.

Both the upper and lower floors boast a wall of large windows that allow for sun-filled and bright living spaces. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor along with a large den that holds a gas fireplace, large TV with Roku 50 inch Smart TV that includes a spectrum app with basic cable and there is plenty of seating. The second floor holds the primary suite, a fully applianced kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, dining table with 6 chairs and the spacious living room with large TV/Roku. Step out onto the lower or upper deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the fresh mountain air or walk out to enjoy the spacious backyard with Adirondack chairs and firepit to enjoy outdoor gaming fun or just relax after a day of exploring your surroundings.

This ideal rental property is only a short walking distance away from the Lake Placid Horsehow Grounds, a Brewery/Cafe, Corner Grocery Store and several hiking/biking opportunities. The center of the Village is a brisk walk or a very short drive to reach playgrounds, public beach on Mirror Lake, Olympic Arenas, Ice Skating on the Oval, several eateries, shops and access to Lake Placid Lake for Boat Tours or launching private boats. The Whiteface Mountain Ski Center is only about a 15 minute drive away and there is a local trolley that travels throughout the Village for visitors to hop on and off at their leisure at one of the many bus stop sites. However you choose to spend your getaway time you are sure to take home an abundance of warm memories and want to return here again and again!

Juniper Circle offers a Maximum of 3 parking spaces for guest use. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.

A. We offer a wide selection of vacation rental properties ranging from cozy cabins to luxury retreats. We set very high-standards to enhance your vacation experience and ensure guest satisfaction. All Engel & Volkers rental properties are well maintained in desirable locations, fully furnished and tastefully appointed.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. six days a week, Sunday’s by appointment and available to handle issues 24/7.
Q. Where and when do I check-in the day of my arrival?
A. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. unless we have approved and earlier check-in time. Please stop by our office to pick up your key and complimentary welcome tote. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 p.m., kindly let us know and we will make arrangements with you for key pickup. Engel & Volkers is conveniently located at 2284 Saranac Avenue, Lake Placid, NY 12946.
Q. When is departure time?
A. The check-out time is 10:00 a.m., sharp. If possible, we will grant late check-out requests on the day of departure. Please call us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to extend your check-out. Please note that late check-outs are not always available due to reservation turnovers.
Q. Is there a cleaning fee?
A. Yes, there is a one-time cleaning fee that applies to every rental. This fee is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall size of the property. If you’d like additional housekeeping during your stay, please call us to book a mid-stay clean.
Q. Are linens and towels included?
A. Yes, all of our vacation rental properties include linens and towels at the property for your use.
Q. Are paper products, soaps and other household supplies included?
Our vacation rentals are furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, a clean sponge and laundry soap. Some homes may also have a basic supply of spices, cooking oil and cooking spray. Depending on how long your stay is and your level of usage, you may need to purchase more of these items at any of the local grocery stores.
Q. Are washers & dryers available?
A. Yes, most of our properties have a washer and dryer available.
Q. Are pets permitted?
A. Some of our vacation properties accept pets and a pet deposit is required. Please look for a pet friendly designation on our web-site or call us and we can help arrange suitable accommodations.
Q. Is smoking allowed in my rental property?
A. No, smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our vacation properties.
Q. Is there air-conditioning in my rental property?
A. Most properties do not have air conditioning since the average daily high temperature tends to hover around 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months.
