In January 2010 the company transitioned to Engel & Vlkers Lake Placid Real Estate. Investing in Engel & Vlkers was the result of a strategic decision to partner with a global brand that aligned with our mission to further enhance client services and deliver new real estate capabilities to our region.  Today our regional shop enjoys the benefits of enterprise level support and a competitive advantage in our market.
