Q.  What type of vacation rental properties does Engel & Völkers Lake Placid Real Estate represent?

A.  All of Engel & Völkers Lake Placid Real Estate vacation rental properties are individually owned and must fit specific criteria in order to be included in our rental inventory.  Criteria include: being well maintained & equipped, tastefully appointed, and having a desirable location.  

Q.  Are linens and towels included?

A.  Yes, all of our vacation rental properties include linens and towels at the property for your use.

Q.  Where is your office located?

A. Engel & Völkers Lake Placid Real Estate is conveniently located at 2248 Saranac Avenue, Lake Placid, NY.  We have plenty of free parking.

Q.  Where do I pick up keys for the property?

A.  Unless otherwise instructed, please report to our office to pick up your Welcome Packet which contains keys and directions to your vacation rental.  If you plan to arrive after 5pm, kindly contact our office as alternative instructions will need to be provided for key pickup.
